“Let no feeling of discouragement prey upon you, and in the end you are sure to succeed” Abraham Lincoln

I found this quote on the Pacific Crest Trail website. It was written by a northbound through hiker in regard to Warner Springs. I was actually looking for the location of Whiskey Springs due to a brief update from Free Range Chikn (Shane), when I found it. As I have mentioned, it is difficult for Free Range to communicate due to being in the wilderness, but he was eventually able to get this message to me:

“I’m in Belden, (California). 100 miles in on the PCT!”

He also posted this on his facebook page:

“Don’t forget to check out #mps2walk and ourlittleironmen.com two of the reasons I put one foot in front of the other.”

What an incredible gesture this man is making to help 2 boys he has never even met! Free Range has walked 100 miles so far, for Cadence & Asher! Please join him in his effort to raise awareness and funds for these lil guys!
